Royal Trude

This dry fly pattern is one of the great standard attractors, which actually originated in Island Park in the early 1900's as a joke from one angler to another. Similar in color and design to the Coachman, but the white calf tail of this dry fly pattern is tied as a down wing in more of a stonefly configuration.
